Come make your own legends by the sea in this brand new, two bedroom, one bath, single level home away from home in a gated community. With it’s picturesque decor and settings of comfort you will be able to relax and enjoy the island vibes next to the sea. Our home has everything you need: Wifi; washer & dryer; completely fenced in backyard with gazebo, seating and BBQ grill; access to a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and more to come! Throw a vinyl on our record player & rock out to the sweet sounds of reggae music.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, knives, a kettle, microwave and more.

Private Bath

In between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with rain shower head. Towels are provided. There are also beach towels in the linen closet for pool or beach days.

Bedding

We supply all bedding including sheets, pillow cases, pillows, duvets and throws. Rest assure we will have your beds refreshed and waiting for you upon arrival.

Washer & Dryer

We have both washer and dryer on site for your convenience. Plus there is also an ironing board stored in the laundry room for use.

Air Conditioning

All rooms have air conditioners that you can set to your perfect temperature.

Backyard with BBQ

Our home boasts a large backyard space to privately enjoy the outdoors. It includes a gazebo, outdoor sofa seating and BBQ grill.

Digital Keypad

To simplify your check-in and check-out process, we have installed digital keypad locks to securely enter and exit the home.

HOUSE RULES

We don't ask for much – Just respect, care and the following rules below:

  • Absolutely no smoking inside of the house.
  • No parties allowed.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Volume levels are to be lowered after 11pm.
  • House to be left in a tidy manner upon checkout.
Cancellation Policy

Full refund of the nightly rate
You must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to local check-in time.

For a 50% refund of your nightly rate
You must cancel 7 full days before local check in time, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will not be charged.

No Refund
If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, you will not receive a refund for any of the nights.
